NG²³ Warfare (WIP)(Very early stage)

Inspired from "Rubber-Warfare(ArmA2)".

  • Test on dedicated server;
  • Add System EventHandler (on Change-Commander);
  • Add System: Commander functions

  • This menu creates itself;
  • Automatically adapts to the defined categories and their entries;
  • Simple method to add new Update-Categories and upgrades(for Editors);
  • Upgrade Animation (Green bar "Light-Factory", moves from left to right);
  • The Bars over each Upgrade, displays current Upgrades(green) and possible Upgrades (grey);
Todo:
  • Create a realistic upgrade list;(I would be grateful for ideas.)
